Commissioned as freelance Filmmaker for the pioneering rewilding Knepp estate. Fresh from receiving a 2026 Michelin Green Star, Head Chef Alex Dome brought me on to cover a busy Sunday service in the kitchen. Highlighting the work that goes into making their roast, I produced a video that set the plate in the beautiful restaurant surroundings, showcasing ingredients & process.
